Olivia Tharme is a TV professional and emerging creative executive with a knack for balancing audience-first creative and data-driven strategy. When she's not making television, Olivia spends much of her free time deciding whether her website should be in first or third person.

My academic background is in classical performance (BFA, Performance Acting, Toronto Metropolitan University) and feminist television studies (MA, Media Production, TMU). Currently, I work on the Original Programming team at Rogers Sports & Media where I liaise between in-house sales and development to shape brand-driven content for a diverse slate of original productions.​
